2014 CX Nationals Viewing Party Sunday!

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! Watch the greatest spectacle in cross racing at Ten Bells Sports Bar in Walkers Point! Try their Tullamore Dew/ Miller High Life  daily special “The Ripper.” See Big Daddy Tim Johnson battle it out on the run-ups with Jeremy “The Snake” Powers! Watch as Trek Bicycles Powerhouse Katie “KFC” Compton blisters the course on her brand new, flame throwing carbon Boone race rocket! Will little Katie Antonneau take the stars and stripes again? The racing action starts at noon at Ten Bells! Ten Bells will replay the championship race at 4PM, but you have to be there in Walkers Point to see all the live action from Valmont Park, Boulder Colorado. Hosted by Coast Inn Bikes, all proceeds from the sales of “Endure,” the best book of photographs on cyclocross ever published, benefit the Wisconsin Bike Fed! Be there! Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!

Anybody else old enough to remember those great advertisements for Great Lakes Dragaway?  Anyway, if you can’t be at Valmont in Boulder for the USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships, you can still cheer on all the action with your Tri-Flow sniffing friends in a party-like atmosphere at Ten Bells Sports Bar at 703 S. 2nd Street,  in the Walkers Point neighborhood on Milwaukee’s near south side. The event is being organized by our palls Carolyn and Tristan from Coast Inn Bikes, which recently moved next door on S. 2nd Street.

This image from our book Endure, was taken at the CX Nats last January in Verona. The weather in Boulder won’t be as epic as what Wisconsin dished out, but the racing action should be just as good.
