Feb. 5th deadline to submit events for the 2015 Ride Guide

Enter your ride or event on our RideOnWisconsn.com website.

Hard to believe looking at the thermometer, but the spring bicycling season is right around the corner. It is time for all ride and event organizers to enter the dates, times, locations and contact information in the Wisconsin Bike Fed’s online calendar. We need you to enter your cycling events and rides by this Thursday, Feb. 5th if you want to get a FREE listing in the March Ride Guide edition of our Bike Fed magazine. We download the list from our RideOnWisconsin.com site and import the xml files for our Ride Guide magazine.

The Ride Guide will come out one month early this year because we are
compressing our publication schedule to better pair with the prime riding
season. Our magazine used to be quarterly, but the issues in October and
January were not as useful to ride organizers. This year our magazine will
be published every other month through September, beginning with the Ride
Guide in March.

If you are having any trouble entering your event, please contact Chris Aalid in our Madison office and copied on this email.

This will ensure your ride is listed in the upcoming Ride Guide edition of the Bike Fed’s quarterly magazine. The Ride Guide is the most complete listing of bicycle rides, events, clubs, and trails in Wisconsin.

This year we have improved the Ride Guide so it is all color, and are unveiling a brand new, more consumer/rider friendly website, RideOnWisconsin.com to help people find just the right ride or event for them. We have created some easy to follow instructions below to help you create an account and enter your ride or event on our new site.
