Brazen Dropouts – Stoughton Practice Crit
June 10 @ 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
The Stoughton Practice Crit / ToAD Tune-Up aims to do just that – provide an opportunity for you to come out and practice, whether that’s testing your new race wheels before your 8th year at ToAD or trying out criterium racing for the very first time.
If you’re a junior or newer racer, we have a variety of educational opportunities available to you. If you’re a parent, we have a staffed area for free child care available to you!

KEY FEATURES:
- Free child care on-site — parents, drop off your kiddos and race worry-free! Your kids will be supervised, supplied with posters, markers, bubbles, and instructed to cheer 🙂
- Crit clinic — open the day with a free, 1 hour course clinic to learn about criterium rules, safety, and skills.
- Juniors and 4/5 mentoring — For Juniors and 4/5 racers, opt in to be paired with an experienced racer who will be your in-race buddy to provide live race advice, pointers, and support
- Mentoring opportunity — volunteer to serve as an in-race mentor! Select the option on the registration page. Mentors will wear yellow safety vests during the races.
- Multiple race opportunities — No matter who you are, you should have minimum 2 chances to race on the day. Second, third, and fourth(?!) races of the day are $5.
- Fixie crit — not too many of these around, so come have fun!
