Milwaukee Bike Bazaar! (formerly Bike Swap) Registration is now open!

Milwaukee Bike Bazaar

Join us on Saturday, December 19th, 9am to 3pm at the Riverside High School Gym, 1615 E Locust St, Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Bike Bazaar is in its 8th year (formerly known as the Milwaukee Bike Swap) and has consistently grown in attendance each year since its inception! Created to attract local bike enthusiasts to both buy, sell and swap everything from full bikes, clothing, tools, and antique parts.  2014 saw over 500 Buyers and over 50 Vendors attend the event! In 2015, we are broadening our offerings to include recycled bike arts/crafts, re-purposed materials and other bike related gift items. This event benefits two Milwaukee Public Schools bike initiatives, Valid Bike Shop at North Division High School and Wellness Cycling Programming at Riverside University High School, our host for the event!

Early Entry at 9am: $10

Regular Entry 10am: $5

With College ID after 10am: $4

MPS students all day: $2

Kids 12 and under are FREE!

RUHS Cooking club will be selling sandwiches for a reasonable price inside the building. All money goes to support Wellness programs at RUHS

Sell your used bike!

Bring your old, used bike, and for just $5, include it in our Bike Corral and sell it yourself — we provide you with a tag for contact information and price, but feel free to bring additional support information to attach to bike as well if necessary). Please note, there is a $5 + 10% commission on any bike sale transactions Bike Bazaar staff handles**

Here is the story and pics from last year!

*All vendors with a space inside the gym must put the complete bikes they bring in their assigned space. If you want to bring 10 complete bikes to sell and have a table for other parts/accessories you must purchase enough space to put the things you want to sell in you space. NO BIKES IN THE AISLES!

**If you will be at the swap all day and will handle the sale and coordination of your bike we only charge you the $5 to put it in the space. If you want to drop your bike off at 9:30am then leave for the day and have us handle payments and then pay you when you come back at 3pm we will charge a 10% commission. NO commission charge for bikes that DO NOT sell. ALL BIKES sold or not are charged the initial $5. CASH ONLY. MUST PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD BIKE BY 3pm OR ELSE IT IS CONSIDERED A DONATION TO Valid Bike Shop.

  1. Hi, I am wondering how I can register to be a vendor at the bike bazaar on the 19th if December. When I click the link on the site, it directs me to an article about Valid. I hope this doesn’t mean I am too late. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.
