Open Streets La Crosse

Open Streets is returning to La Crosse on September 2nd as part of the Labor Day Bicycle Festival.  In 2017, we introduced Open Streets to the community as an opportunity to bring businesses, organizations and people to the streets to bicycle, socialize and play.  We had beautiful weather and a great turnout.  This year we are back with some of last year’s favorites and some new eye catching additions.

We have five yoga and fitness classes, a pet parade, a Fair Trade Fashion Show, Cute Bike Meet-up followed by a bike parade, a demonstration protected bike lane, bubble station, nature rubbings, family play area, canvas painting, food, music by 61 Rumors and much more.

Use this form to register for some space to set up a fun booth or activity at Open Street La Crosse on Sunday, September 2nd from 12-5 pm.  Contact for more information.  Remember to register for the Labor Day Bicylcle Festival too.  There will be everything from ice cream rides and history tours to gravel rides and two days of Gran Fondo.  Find more information here. Volunteer here.

If you are interested in a great view of the river, plenty of music, food and beer, be sure to check out the End of Tour Party at Riverside Park.  Put Open Streets La Crosse and the Labor Day Bicycle Festival on your calendar!
