SUMMARY:Advanced Smart Cycling Class - Wausau
DESCRIPTION:The Advanced Smart Cycling class is your starting point towards
  becoming a League of American Bicyclists certified League Cycling Instruc
 tor (LCI). This class is the prerequisite for taking the LCI Seminar (11/1
 3-11/15 in Wausau) where you will learn to teach the Smart Cycling curric
 ulum.\n\nThe free class includes:\n\n 	REQUIRED pre-session completion of 
 ONLINE modules on the League of American Bicyclists website https://learn.
 bikeleague.org/p/smartcycling\n 	in-classroom instruction\n 	on-bike skill
  building practice\n 	a group road ride where you have the chance to put w
 hat you've learned into practice.\n\nThe Smart Cycling curriculum is very 
 comprehensive and covers:\n\n 	BASIC–Parts of a Bike\, Choosing Your Bik
 e\, Types of Bikes\, Bike Fit\, ABC Quick Check\, Starting\, Stopping\, St
 eering\, Signaling\, Scanning\, Shifting\, Principles of Traffic Law\, Bik

 oup\, Bicycle Maintenance\, Sharing Paths and Trails\, Riding in Inclement
