 dison's University Bicycle Resource Center. \n\nThe class will be led by C
 huck Strawser\, UW-Madison's Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator. Chuck is 
 certified by the League of American Bicyclists to teach safe bicycling. He
  has ridden year-round for nearly 3 decades in Wisconsin (and in Atlanta t
 raffic before that). \n\nThe UBRC is located at the northeast corner of t
 he Helen C. White parking garage (ground level) across the street from Mem
 orial Union.
