Gather your friends and family for an evening bike ride and get a private tour of one of our natural areas that has really flourished due to our conservation efforts – Koch Woodlands in Brown Deer! We will be utilizing the Oak Leaf Trail system and will have 2 groups starting at 2 separate locations:
Option #1: Ride your bike from Turtle Park (adjacent to River Revitalization Foundation) to Koch Woodlands. ~20 miles round trip (roughly one hour of biking one way) This group will meet at 3:30pm, leave by 4:00pm, and arrive at Koch Woodlands around 5:00pm.
Option #2: Ride your bike from Maslowski Park in Glendale to Koch Woodlands. ~10 miles round trip (roughly 30 minutes of biking one way) This group will meet at 4:00pm, leave by 4:30pm, and arrive at Koch Woodlands around 5:00pm.
After the Koch Woodlands tour, we will all bike to the Bavarian Bierhaus (700 W Lexington Blvd, Glendale, WI 53217) for a cold beverage to end the evening! (optional)
