Spokes Fighting Strokes is a non-profit organization focused on helping those affected by a wide range of physical and mental disabilities on their journey to rehabilitation by utilizing recumbent trikes. Spokes Fighting Strokes has been touring the United States for five years, providing open recumbent trike riding clinics to stroke survivors, paraplegics, and those affected by neural degenerative diseases like M.S, Parkinson’s, & Alzheimer’s, or even balance issues. This year, Dan’s Wisconsin leg of the tour will have two adaptive cycling clinics in Central Wisconsin, both of which are free to attend and open to the public. This clinic will include seminars from Dan, a ride on local trails, and recommendations on trikes. This clinic is meant to act as a resource to help answer questions or provide support to those on their rehabilitation journey. Hostel Shoppe will provide refreshments and snacks.
