Attorney Jason Abraham fought for the injured cyclist and secured the full $300,000 insurance policy limits.

In another case, Attorney Robert Domol represented a bicyclist struck by a driver turning into a parking lot along a Brown County bike path. The impact threw the rider from his bike, leaving him with serious injuries, including a broken nose that required surgery. Despite the insurance company’s attempt to shift blame onto the cyclist, Domol pushed back hard –  and ultimately recovered the full $300,000 policy limits, including more than $250,000 for pain and suffering.

The firm has also fought for some of the community’s youngest riders. In one heartbreaking case, a young boy riding his bicycle on a sidewalk was hit by a vehicle backing out of a driveway. The insurer attempted to argue the child was partially at fault. Hupy and Abraham successfully challenged that claim and secured a settlement worth nearly four times the child’s medical expenses, helping the family move forward with peace of mind.
