Richard J Meyer Park Bike or Hike

Blind Outdoor Leisure Development Organization conducts five tandem bike rides a year. Our final one is at the Richard J Meyer Park in Wind Lake. We are looking for cyclists that would volunteer to be a pilot for one of our 13 tandem bikes. You would be paired up with an individual that is blind or visually impaired. You will pilot the tandem for up to a twenty-five mile ride. The distance is between you and the individual on the back. When you return lunch will be served.
