Downtown De Pere is a host community of the largest competitive road cycling series in the U.S., Kwik Trip Tour of America’s Dairyland (ToAD). The event is expected to draw 500 professional and amateur racers from more that 40 states and 15 countries. There will be ten races from late morning until dusk.
The .63 mile criterium runs through downtown De Pere with the start/finish line at the intersection of James Street and N Broadway. The exciting course includes a number of fast turns, elevation changes, and a finishing stretch that is long and flat leading into a great final sprint.
Spectators will love the picturesque views of the river while watching the races, listening to live music, indulging in culinary specialties prepared by local restaurants and food trucks, and enjoying a variety of craft beers and beverages. The family friendly event features a marketplace, a kids’ race for littles, middles, and tweens, a fat tire race, and other fun activities for all ages.
