Hupy and Abraham is also a proud partner of the Wisconsin Bike Fed. The Bike Fed is a nonprofit organization that has a goal to cultivate, motivate and unite a strong community of residents, as well as business and political leaders to move bicycling forward in Wisconsin through education, legislation and involvement. This partnership allows Hupy and Abraham to give back to an organization that advocates for bicyclists through community projects, events, impact reports and legislative agendas that support bicyclists.

Hupy and Abraham has additionally fought for bicyclists who have been injured in accidents. In one case example, our client was a young boy riding his bike on a sidewalk when he was hit by a car backing out of a driveway. Hupy and Abraham attorneys fought for our client when the insurance company claimed the boy was comparatively negligent for riding his bike across a driveway without slowing or stopping.
