Cycling Without Age Events in Western WI
Bike Fed is bringing four opportunities to the Chippewa Valley that will help community members, local organizations, skilled nursing homes, assisted living residences, and ADRCs learn more about providing older adults and those with differing abilities enriching outdoor experiences that connect them to the community through Cycling Without Age. You’re invited!
Community Introduction:
Program Manager Michelle Bachaus will provide a short presentation with Q & A, followed by the opportunity for attendees to ride as a passenger in a trishaw. This introductory meeting is free and we only ask that attendees register for the event:

Introductory Trishaw Rides:
The Bike Fed CWA team will visit River Prairie Park in Altoona to share introductory trishaw rides on the surrounding trail during the Kickin’ it Country Concert Series on Monday, June 26 from 6:30-8:30pm.
Introductory Trishaw Rides:
The Bike Fed CWA team will share introductory trishaw rides at the Octagon House Museum on Tuesday, June 27 from 4-6pm. Address: 1004 3rd St, Hudson, WI.
Volunteer Pilot Training:
For community members and organization employees interested in learning how to successfully pilot a trishaw, free training will be provided and we only ask that you sign-up in advance:
Tuesday, July 11
Classroom: 9:00am-11:30am
On-bike skills and road practice: 12:00-2:00pm or 2:30-4:30pm
