“Raise The Bar” – A Fundraiser for the Bike Fed

Thanks for Helping Us “Raise the Bar” for cycling in Wisconsin!

The Wisconsin Bike Fed’s “Raise the Bar” fall fundraiser brought together riders, supporters, and advocates from across the state for an inspiring mix of friendly competition and community giving. Through a combination of an online auction and 3rd Quarter raffle, participants bid, won, and gave back to help make biking in Wisconsin safer, more accessible, and more fun for everyone.

Running from September 13 through October 11, the event featured an impressive lineup of prizes and experiences. The highlight of the season was the Raffle for a Trek Travel 4-day cycling adventure through Utah’s stunning Snow Canyon and Zion National Park—a once-in-a-lifetime trip that promised desert vistas, challenging rides, and unforgettable memories. 160 tickets were sold and the winner was Patrick H. of Madison.

The online auction, which ran from September 27 to October 11, offered a wide range of unique items—everything from local experiences to biking gear and getaway packages—ensuring there was something for every supporter to get excited about.

Beyond the prizes and bidding, “Raise the Bar” succeeded in its true purpose: rallying Wisconsin’s cycling community to support the Bike Fed’s mission of promoting better biking for all. Each raffle ticket and auction bid directly contributed to advocacy efforts, safety education, and community programs across the state.

The event was a clear reminder that when Wisconsin cyclists come together, they don’t just raise funds—they raise the bar for what’s possible in biking advocacy and community impact.
