Registration is open!
The most wonderful ride of the year is now open for registration! On December 2nd, join 1000s of costumed riders as we spread bike love and joy across Milwaukee. Ride will again start at Bike Fed Headquarters in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee. We will take our wheeled sleighs north to Hollander Grand Cafe on Downer then loop back to the Start/Finish area passing by lots of supporting bars and restaurants who’d love for your to stop in and warm up before, during, or after the ride!
The approximately 12 mile route is family-friendly slow roll style with Police escorts. We do not “close roads” but with this many people do generally take them over.
A reminder to all the good boys and girls that the ride is a fundraiser for our programs such as Safe Routes to School, Mobile Bike Repair, Adventure Bike Camps, MilWALKee Walks and so much more! All registration funds support our work to make biking better not only in Milwaukee but across the state. If you have done this ride in the past welcome back! If you are new we hope this becomes a holiday season biking tradition for you and friends and family!
Added this year! A short 3 mile very family friendly ride the “Elf Cycle Frenzy” led by our Safe Routes instructors will leave from the start finish line immediately after the main ride leaves and ride through the Bay View neighborhood and come back for hot cocoa. Register for this same as main ride and stay tuned for emails to registered riders with more details. Draft route link
