Join us for a special Wisconsin Bike Week edition of Milwaukee’s longest running weekly slow roll: Tuesday Night Rides (TNR)!
We are proud to welcome Milwaukee County Executive, David Crowley, on the ride with us this night! Make sure to invite some friends and join us!
We average a casual 10mph, travel between 2 and 12 miles total with a mid ride break, drop no one for pace, and never cancel due to weather! (Yes, this includes not canceling for rain, snow, ice, high winds, subzero temperatures, lightning etc.) We change our route each week to highlight different neighborhoods around the county, and we aim to foster a safer environment for riders of all skill levels to experience and learn new routes through the area.
This year’s Bike Week ride will focus on visiting locations who have joined Bicycle Benefits (bicyclebenefits.org): the nationwide program where businesses provide discounts and special offers to patrons who choose to visit by bike! Bikes do mean business, of course.
Each summer, organizers plan a bingo card with highlight specific businesses in and around Milwaukee in order to encourage visits, and businesses donate prizes to those who complete BINGO on their cards! Come join us, get a card, and play along!
Route will be posted on our social media closer to the date. Please follow us at MKETNR on Facebook or Instagram for updates.
