1/25/2024A monthly grass-roots, no sponsors, ride held every full moon. It is a social, slow-paced, ride that averages 10 to 12 miles per hour. This NO SWEAT pace guided ride takes friends, neighbors and family through the metro Wauwatosa area followed by some adult beverages and appetizers at some of Wauwatosa’s best locations.
Bring your bike, helmet, weather-appropriate gear, lights, and friends! Bright and/or reflective clothing is rad, too. If you never ride at night, this is a great opportunity to try it out in a comfortable setting. Rider safety is paramount. Riders are expected to ride with courtesy for the well-being of themselves and others. Individual ride dates and start times are communicated through the TFMBR Facebook page. When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a risk to participants, the ride will be canceled. Less threatening conditions may cause alterations to the course or the post-event social location to ensure participant and community safety. If the event is canceled, riders will be notified via Facebook not less than two hours before the start of the ride. If conditions require modification of the course or post-event recovery location, notification will be made at the start of the ride. Participants ride at their own risk.
