Every spring the Wisconsin Bike Fed publishes its Ride Guide with articles and resources that celebrate and enhance our cycling experiences. The annual magazine is mailed to thousands of supporters and distributed to bike shops and coffee shops throughout the state.
We know bicycling in Wisconsin would never be what it is without the bike-friendly businesses, communities, organizations, and event organizers that help move cycling forward across the state. We appreciate every time a business thanks someone for arriving by bike, a community makes safe infrastructure a priority, an organization encourages all kinds of cycling, and an event inspires joy and achievement.
Bike-friendly businesses, communities, organizations, and event coordinators along with bike club leaders and bike shops are invited to be featured in the popular Ride Guide magazine’s pages for 2026 through free opportunities and paid print/digital advertising. Read on to learn more:
FREE OPPORTUNITIES
EVENTS
- Submit your awesome event details on our Events Webpage by January 12, 2026 to be included in the Ride Guide’s Event listing for FREE. Please limit event descriptions to 100 words or less, and include the county where the ride BEGINS (there is an option of “Outside Wisconsin” if applicable).
BIKE CLUBS and ADVOCACY ORGANIZATIONS
- Share your club details through the Bike Club Form by January 12, 2026 and be included in the Ride Guide’s Bike Club listing for FREE.
- Active Bike Club and Non-Profit/Advocacy members of the Bike Fed receive special recognition for FREE. Contact us at donorservices@wisconsinbikefed.org by December 12, 2025 to ensure that your membership is current or make arrangements to join/renew.
BIKE SHOP MEMBERS
- Bike Shops are automatically included in the Ride Guide’s Bike Shop listing for FREE. Please refer to the Bike Fed’s online bike shop map for the most current information we have on file, and notify us of new/closed bike shops as well as missing/outdated/incorrect information by January 12, 2026 at info@wisconsinbikefed.org or 414-626-1540 to be included in both resources!
- Active Bike Fed Bike Shop members receive special recognition on the bike shop map and in the Ride Guide magazine for FREE. Contact us at donorservices@wisconsinbikefed.org or 414-626-1540 by December 12, 2025 to ensure that your membership is current or make arrangements to join/renew.

Deadline for submission of final advertising artwork for the 2026 Ride Guide is January 20, 2026.
