POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER!!
Attention fat bike riders! Grab a sled and join us for the 7th Annual SLiP ‘n Ride fat bike race at Silver Lake Park in Kenosha County at Noon on February 3rd, 2024. The race starts with our own modified Le Mans start – sledding down the hill at Shelter B to your bike! Teams and solo riders compete to complete as many laps as possible in a three hour time period.
Teams can have up to three people, with categories for Lads, Lasses, Lads & Lasses, and Junior Riders (16 and under, race age based on turning 16 in 2024).
Solo awards will be given to the top 5 racers, regardless of age or sex
Extracurricular activities include a raffle for bike related prizes and the return of our Chili Cook Off Contest!!
Race fee is a suggested donation of $25.
SLiP n Ride is the major fund-raising effort for Kenosha Area Mountain Bike Association (KAMBA) for building and maintaining trails at Silver Lake Park and Petrifying Springs Park in Kenosha County. To learn more about memberships, volunteering and donating, visit https://kamba.org/
